The Role of the Barista

As a Barista at Searcys, you will play a vital role in our food and beverage event operations. This is not just about brewing coffee; it's about crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients. You will be the face of our business, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and food items
  • Take orders and serve food and drink to clients
  • Promote new products and services
  • Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle payments and process transactions
  • Assist managers in food and drink preparation
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and inviting environment

Requirements

  • Client service experience
  • A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
  • Barista experience is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work well within a team
