We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Napule Pizza, where you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality pizza dough and toppings, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Take customer orders and execute them with precision, considering special requests and dietary needs.
- Bake Neapolitan-style pizzas to perfection, using traditional techniques and ingredients.
- Develop and maintain a clean and organized cooking station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed, ensuring a seamless supply chain.
- Collaborate with the team to create new recipes and menu items, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant environment.
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone ovens.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
