Pizza Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Napule Pizza. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to our menu and custom orders
  • Take customer orders and execute them with precision
  • Bake Neapolitan-style pizzas to perfection
  • Prepare fresh sauces, pesto, and other toppings
  • Wash and chop vegetables, cut and slice meats
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
  • Experiment with new ingredients and recipes to update our menu
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking station
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant
  • Hands-on experience with pizza dough preparation and baking
  • Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone ovens
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
  • Excellent time-management and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
