We are a nationwide charity dedicated to helping people facing challenging circumstances to make positive change. Our mission is to provide a safe home, a rewarding job, and a life free from addiction or abuse. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to overcome their problems and live a successful, independent life.
Our services across the country support thousands of people each year who are experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation, and domestic abuse. We focus on their strengths, potential, and opportunities to help them overcome their challenges.
About the Service - Housing & Homelessness ServicesA safe home is the foundation for building a life. We provide accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. Our goal is to create a welcoming and flourishing environment that offers opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop.
We offer a home rather than just a shelter. Our services are designed to support individuals on their journey towards a brighter future.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with women, men, and families experiencing domestic abuse who have multiple and complex needs. You will support and develop a service that improves the quality of life for individuals and delivers an excellent service in line with our mission, service goals, values, and associated regulations, guidance, and legislature.
CDAS has been a part of the pathway in South Tyneside for over 4 years and is now a well-established service. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us increase the offer.
