About the ServiceOur Housing and Homelessness Services are designed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. We offer a range of support services, including accommodation, outreach, and advocacy, to help people achieve stability and independence.
Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, taking into account their strengths, challenges, and goals. We work closely with our clients to develop personalized support plans, which may include housing, employment, education, and health support.
About the JobWe're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CDAS Support Worker to join our team. As a CDAS Support Worker, you'll play a critical role in supporting individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse and complex needs. You'll work closely with our clients to develop personalized support plans, providing advocacy, outreach, and accommodation support to help them achieve stability and independence.
