Digital Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Director to join our team at Oak Furnitureland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our digital portfolio of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital initiatives.
  2. Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Develop and implement new ways of working to drive efficiency and effectiveness in digital delivery.
  4. Work with business leaders and technology teams to define product roadmaps and drive priority decision-making conversations.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for digital initiative stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in digital delivery management, with a strong understanding of retail and digital portfolios.
  2. Knowledge of delivery management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
  3. Experience in preparing and presenting business cases, invitations to tender, and statements of requirements.
  4. Change management skills, with the ability to manage change into business operations.
  5. Demonstrable hands-on experience in defining and implementing new ways of working in a digital delivery environment.
  6. Experience of working in a multi-supplier environment, establishing strong partnerships for delivery.
