Digital Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Director to join our team at Oak Furnitureland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our digital portfolio of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement new ways of working in a digital delivery environment.
  • Establish strong partnerships with suppliers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Work with business leaders and technology leadership to understand strategic priorities and define a product roadmap.
  • Drive business growth through the effective management of digital initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital delivery management, with a strong understanding of digital transformation principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex digital projects.
  • Experience of working in a multi-supplier environment, with a strong understanding of supplier management principles.
  • Knowledge of delivery management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
