Nurse Specialist in Adolescent Mental Health

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Kestrel Ward, a 24/7 inpatient CAMHS service in Abergele, North Wales. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the planning, delivery, and review of care for young people on the ward.
About the Position:
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
- Assess and develop individualised care plans for each young person
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For:
- First level registered Mental Health Nurse or Paediatric Nurse
- Post registration qualification in Child and Adolescent Mental Health
- Experience of working in in-patient Adolescent Mental Health Work
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to excellence
