">The Opportunity
">We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Consultant - CAMHS to join our team at Kestrel Ward. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for young people with complex mental health needs.
">Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical expertise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, as well as contributing to service development and improvement initiatives. You will also participate in educational activities, including teaching and supervision of junior staff.
">Requirements
">To be eligible for this role, you must hold a current registration as a Mental Health Nurse or Paediatric Nurse, as well as a post-registration qualification in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Experience of working in in-patient Adolescent Mental Health settings is also essential, along with evidence of continuing professional development in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nursing.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £43,041-£70,394 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
