**About Us:

Gold Group Ltd is a leading provider of financial services, seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update Compliance Management systems and tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze and manage new deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Distribute communications and training materials to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage team folders, update Excel spreadsheets, process invoices, and update new client information.
  • Create reports on regular and ad-hoc basis to provide management information.
  • Provide general ad-hoc administrative support to the Team and the Group Compliance Manager.
  • Manage personal workload and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders/Compliance Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Achieve operational goals set and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of core Compliance programs such as AML, Data Protection, Conduct & Ethics.
  • Interpersonal skills & relationship building - working with multiple teams in various jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal input/supervision.
  • Education/Training:
    • Ideal to hold a Bachelor's degree within a relevant field (Law, Risk Management or Finance).
    • Beginner to Intermediate level training and certification obtained from a 3rd party Accrediting Body e.g. ICA Specialist Certificate in AML, Financial Crime, Sanctions, Governance or Compliance.
