Gold Group Ltd is a leading provider of financial services, seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update Compliance Management systems and tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze and manage new deals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Distribute communications and training materials to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage team folders and update Excel spreadsheets to track compliance metrics.
  • Process invoices and update new client information to ensure accurate records.
  • Create reports on regular and ad-hoc basis to provide insights on compliance performance.
  • Provide general ad-hoc administrative support to the Team and the Group Compliance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable ability to work in a pressurized environment with minimal supervision.
  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a client-facing position with a basic understanding of core Compliance programs such as AML, Data Protection, Conduct & Ethics.
  • Interpersonal skills & relationship building - working with multiple teams in various jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and aptitude for communicating with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Education/Training:

  • Ideal to hold a Bachelor's degree within a relevant field (Law, Risk Management or Finance).
  • Beginner to Intermediate level training and certification obtained from a 3rd party Accrediting Body e.g. ICA Specialist Certificate in AML, Financial Crime, Sanctions, Governance or Compliance.
