Job Overview

This role will sit within Nadara's Growth department, providing expertise in growth and property management. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Nadara professionally and establishing good relationships with landowners, tenant farmers and other stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering land rights and associated matters across the development pipeline.
  • Recording discussions with landowners and seeking resolution as issues arise.
  • Liaising with lawyers and accountants in respect of new and existing land agreements.
  • Attending consultations and meetings with stakeholder groups.
  • Advising Nadara on land asset management and emerging renewable energy regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a degree or equivalent and 4-5 years of experience in a similar position. A detailed understanding of wind, solar and battery design is essential, as well as high-level commercial awareness and teamworking skills.

Candidates should also possess clear and precise communication and critical thinking skills, the ability to persuade and build consensus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel to the company's offices in London and site visits across the UK are expected as part of this role.
