Electronic Assembly Position

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Operator / Solderer to join our manufacturing team in Penicuik. This permanent, four-day-a-week role comes with an estimated salary of £25,000 per year.

The main responsibilities of this role include operating at the highest quality, wire panels and connectors using precise soldering and crimp joints, forming wire looms and cables with finesse, and soldering surface mount and conventional components onto PCBs.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have previous experience in electronics assembly, along with proficiency in hands-on soldering and assembly work from manufacturing to product testing and despatch. It's also crucial to have the capability to interpret and work from engineering drawings for both production and prototype PCBs.
