CNC Milling Programmer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join our team at M-CNC Ltd. in Bridgwater. As a CNC Milling Programmer, you will be responsible for creating programs for CNC machines, specifying tooling and work holding systems, and conducting in-process inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create programs for CNC machines using CAD/CAM packages.
- Specify/select the correct tooling and work holding systems.
- Conduct in-process inspections of parts being produced.
- Use SFDC to clock on and off jobs accurately.
- Suggest improvements to programs and tooling.
- Help train and mentor trainee setter/operators, operators, and apprentices.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience of programming Fanuc CNC/Siemens Controls and setting and operating CNC Mills. You must also have a reliable commute to work and live within a commutable distance to M-CNC Ltd.
What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £00 per hour, 5 days a week, with overtime available at 1.33 x the hourly rate. You will also receive a company pension, free parking, and 30 days' holiday including bank holidays.
