About the Role:

As a CRM Systems Integration Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of project plans for systems integration projects within our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project scope, assessing requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans that meet stakeholders' needs and deliver desired outcomes within budget.
  2. Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and provide regular updates to ensure project progress aligns with client goals.
  3. Effective Communication: Ensure all client communication is responded to and dealt with in a timely manner.
  4. Risk Management: Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and effectively communicate and manage project risks.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
