We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Dunstable. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that high culinary standards are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring that every plate that goes out meets our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes served, maintaining the highest level of culinary excellence.
- Menu Development: Assist in menu development and the creation of daily specials, working closely with our culinary team to innovate and improve our offerings.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Culinary Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients.
