Sustainability Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Manager to lead our efforts in meeting ambitious sustainability targets and improving environmental performance across 19 UK manufacturing sites.
This is a critical role where you'll be at the forefront of our sustainability initiatives, focusing on key areas like waste reduction, energy efficiency, plastics and packaging, water usage, and wider supply chain impacts.
As the Sustainability Manager, you'll develop and drive the sustainability delivery plan, managing a team to meet targets across the business.
You'll take responsibility for reporting and communicating sustainability progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with technical auditors, agriculture teams, supplier and site management to lead the delivery of key sustainability programmes that will have a real impact.
We're looking for a subject matter expert in sustainability, with strong experience in manufacturing and a solid understanding of supply chains.
Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally within a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
A genuine passion for sustainability and knowledge of key areas such as waste reduction, carbon emissions, and responsible sourcing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to inspire teams across the business and work collaboratively with external partners.
This is a permanent role offering a blend of working from home and visiting our sites across the UK, giving you flexibility while being part of an exciting journey towards a more sustainable future.
Our modern Head Office on the edge of Bradford is home to our different support teams from tech, marketing and finance to HR, trading and supply chain.
We host regular seasonal events and you'll often find our suppliers on site sharing details of their latest product.
We're also committed to fundraising for our current charity partner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the sustainability delivery plan, managing a team to meet targets across the business
