About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our Myton Food Group, a leading manufacturing business within Morrisons. This is a critical role where you'll play a pivotal part in driving our sustainability agenda, improving environmental performance, and making a positive impact on our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the sustainability delivery plan, managing a team to meet targets across the business
  • Take responsibility for reporting and communicating sustainability progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with technical auditors, agriculture teams, suppliers, and site management to lead the delivery of key sustainability programs
Requirements
  • Subject matter expertise in sustainability, with strong experience in manufacturing and a solid understanding of supply chains
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally within a manufacturing or multi-site environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to inspire teams across the business and work collaboratively with external partners
