Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out multi-trade repairs to a variety of properties on the Moat contract.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will work to deliver the best quality service, using your skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently and safely. You will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification in Plumbing, or equivalent, and have excellent working H & S knowledge and a CSCS Skilled Worker Card.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out multi-trade repairs to properties on the Moat contract
  • Work efficiently and safely to deliver high-quality service
  • Hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification in Plumbing, or equivalent
  • Have excellent working H & S knowledge and a CSCS Skilled Worker Card

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must also have good knowledge of damp treatments to fulfil this role.
