Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out multi-trade repairs to a variety of properties on the Moat contract.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work to deliver the best quality service, using your skills and experience to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely. You will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification in Plumbing, or equivalent, and have excellent working H & S knowledge and a CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You will have excellent customer focus, experience of working in both occupied and void properties, and good knowledge of damp treatments. You must also have a valid full UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
