As a Trainee Assistant Site Manager at Barratt Developments, you will be involved in the management of site, supporting and actively seeking to learn about site management and construction. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance on site at all times to the company health and safety standards and processes, NHBC standards, building regulations, and overall quality standards. They will also be expected to report any activities or actions to the Site Manager that could affect health and safety, quality, customer care, or cost.

Key responsibilities will include liaising with other internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved, monitoring material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock, and ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with a positive attitude, show signs of leadership and developing assertive skills, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, demonstrating a good problem-solving ability.
