About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in the management of our sites, supporting and assisting in the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality standards on site at all times.
  • Report any activities or actions that could affect health and safety, quality, customer care, or cost to the Site Manager.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved.
  • Monitor material levels on site to ensure efficient use of resources and labour.
  • Ensure all plots are built to the highest standard of quality and contribute to a high standard of overall presentation on site.
  • Carry out reporting of defects on IFix.
  • Display a good behavioural example in all aspects of health and safety, organisation, conduct, quality of work, and professionalism.

  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Show signs of leadership and developing assertive skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
  • Appetite for learning and gaining experiences in all areas of site management and customer care.
