Game Production Lead

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead our game production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and VR gaming. This is a full-time position based in Farnborough, UK, with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Oversight of game production processes, from concept to release.
- Creation and management of roadmaps and prioritised backlogs of work.
- Communication with various stakeholders, including Studio Leadership, Development Staff, QA, Senior Management, and Publishing Teams.
You will establish the team's working culture, monitor project health, and address issues promptly. Experience in VR production and keen enthusiasm for industry trends are highly desirable.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 titles published on commercial gaming platforms.
- Strong Project Management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA and other software tools.
- Collaboration experience with publishing and operational teams.
- Calm under pressure and ability to stay optimistic and professional in challenging situations.
