Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our Membership Bespoke team in North America.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on B2B interactions. Experience working within the North American/USA/Canadian region would be advantageous.
About the OpportunityThis dynamic role offers the chance to develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. You will conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
You will manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. Your technical sales knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits of membership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the membership base
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of inquiries
- Utilize technical sales skills to communicate the value proposition of membership
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Represent the organization at industry events and engage with potential clients
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is an asset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with realistic on-target earnings of £48,000-£53,000.
