Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sign off all relevant paperwork and ensure information on our internal database has been inputted correctly.
  • Ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a fast-paced and efficient environment.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Catering would be great, but not essential.
  • Experience of working within a kitchen and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
