An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to lead our food processing team. This is an excellent chance for someone who wants to take on new challenges and join a global business with a £2 billion + turnover.
As a Production Manager, you will oversee the daily production targets and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team and promoting a Health & Safety, quality-focused culture within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policy, laws, and regulations related to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Accountable for product quality and ensuring that quality is everyone's responsibility.
- To ensure all daily checks and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
- Promote a Health & Safety, quality-focused culture and monitor the work area to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a fast-moving environment, leadership skills, good communication skills, and knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
