About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Administrator within our Retail division on a 12-month FTC basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our valued customers, partners, and external parties, prioritizing achieving the best customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries, whether by inbound or outbound calls, emails, or post.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for resolving customer concerns.
  • Organise and plan your work effectively to achieve team and personal objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.
