Building Inspection Specialist

About the Role:
Certain Advantage is currently seeking a highly skilled Building Inspection Specialist to join our team. This role is based in the Wiltshire/Hampshire area and involves conducting property inspections to identify disrepair, damp, and mould issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a results-driven individual with relevant technical qualifications (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, or a similar field. Alternatively, you can demonstrate 6 years plus of experience in this sector. A strong working knowledge of Disrepair legislation, Landlord Tenancy Act 1985, Homes for Habitation, and HHSRS assessments is essential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough property inspections to identify disrepair, damp, and mould issues
* Prepare high-quality condition reports for each property
* Provide expert advice and training to other team members and handle complaints
