Maxim Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Forensic Planning Specialist to join their team in Birmingham. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of delay analysts and providing expert advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will have around 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to managing programmes and using planning software such as Primavera and Asta PowerProject. They will also have strong working knowledge of common planning software and experience of contributing sections to expert report writing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Associate Director or premium Senior Consultant to further develop their career as a manager, work winner and progress towards becoming a delay expert themselves. The company offers a competitive salary up to £90k, car allowance, 33 days holiday inclusive of 8 Bank holidays, pension scheme with employer matching contributions up to 5%, health insurance, medical insurance, life insurance and personal accident cover.
