Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our client's team, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional looking for long-term career progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services, managing demanding scenarios, and interpreting legislation to develop work plans and policies. They will also be responsible for handling PPM planning, reactive maintenance tasks, and have considerable knowledge of Healthcare Engineering services within the Water Hygiene profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate FM maintenance services to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Develop and implement work plans and policies to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Handle PPM planning and reactive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Provide analytical and judgement skills to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of FM services.
Requirements:
- Experience with Legionella and Water Hygiene.
- Experience working with CAFM systems.
- NEBOSH / IOSH Certificates and a full UK Driving Licence.
