We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our client's team, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional looking for long-term career progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services, providing exceptional support to the organization's facilities operations. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Managing complex scenarios and performing performance monitoring, fault diagnosis, and maintenance tasks.
- Interpreting legislation, developing work plans, and responding to unplanned events and emergencies.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Requirements:- Experience with Legionella and Water Hygiene.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills.
- NEBOSH/IOSH Certificates and a full UK Driving Licence.
