This position comes with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £110, reflecting the importance of attracting top talent in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to design and implement personalized learning plans, addressing the unique needs of each pupil.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect within the classroom, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Substantial experience working with children with SEN, coupled with a deep understanding of their complexities and requirements.
- A current DBS check, registered on the update service, is mandatory for this role.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless interaction with colleagues and pupils.
