Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team in the Help and Protection Service South. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing improvements in practice required to deliver high-quality services to children and their families.

About the Role

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to social workers and other professionals to improve practice and outcomes for children and families.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of social workers and other professionals.
  • Leading and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of practice.
  • Collaborating with other teams and agencies to share best practices and improve service delivery.
