About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Help and Protection Service South team. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing improvements in practice required to deliver high-quality services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Team Manager in driving and nurturing performance in a supportive environment
  • Develop and support ASYEs and students on placements
  • Offer advice and share experiences with less experienced staff
  • Contribute to the development of leadership, training, and mentoring within the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in social work, with experience in child protection and a passion for supporting the development of others.
