Learning Disability Support Worker

As an Academic Mentor Coordinator at ROC College, you will play a vital role in supporting students with EHCPs to develop life skills in community settings.
You will assess student progress and outcomes, and provide accredited learning based on personalized curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized curriculum plans
- Monitor student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with SEND
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues
- Flexibility to travel across the community
