Our client, a leading Builders Merchants, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Branch Manager Designate / Assistant Branch Manager in their busy and successful branch in Surrey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations management, with experience working within a Builders Merchants. As a Branch Manager Designate, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch, while also taking a leading role in driving sales within the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career to Branch Management level, with the company offering training and development to support your growth. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work closely with the Branch Manager, gaining valuable experience and knowledge of the business.

The company offers a competitive package, including a basic salary of up to £46,000, company bonus scheme, company pension, 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), and additional benefits such as bike to work scheme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Driving sales within the business
  • Deputising for the Branch Manager in their absence
