We are seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician to take on a Branch Manager role at Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care Partnership in Poole.
About UsLeightons is a family-owned and family-run retail opticians and audiology business, founded in 1928. We pride ourselves on being independent and committed to our people and customers.
The RoleAs Branch Manager, you will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for enhancing branch growth while maintaining staff and customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Delivering business results by promoting strategies to enhance performance
- Planning for the future by setting and achieving realistic business goals
- Guiding your team to ensure they remain motivated and excel in their roles
We are looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician with a strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills. You will need to possess a strong aptitude for people management and be able to lead, motivate, and guide the team.
