Job Overview:
Deliver comprehensive occupational health services for a variety of sectors with our dynamic team based onsite in Bristol. Core hours are between 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, providing a healthy work-life balance for the right candidate.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Part 1) with valid NMC registration and a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma. As an ideal candidate, you should be proficient in spirometry, audiometry, general medicals, drug and alcohol screening, and case management. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and IT skills are essential for this position.
Your Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional case management for attendance, fitness for work, and other OH referrals.
• Prepare comprehensive, evidence-based written reports and expert advice on legislative OH requirements.
• Conduct fitness medicals, health surveillance, and other OH services such as spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, ergonomic assessments, and health promotion.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to other team members, including OH Technicians, as needed.
• Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards and ensure adherence to the latest NMC guidelines for continuous professional development.
Your Benefits:
