About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer - MEP to join our team. As a key member of our consult business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions for CAPEX Projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that design solutions meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage and deliver engineering contracts, including NEC3 and NEC4.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of regulations applicable to the gas and construction industry, including CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Comprehension of engineering principles and ability to apply learning across different engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate financial management and commercial acumen.
  • Experience with MS Office software and preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of the gas network operations, key policies, and specifications.
