Sales Manager Opportunity

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client, a precision engineering company operating in the EMEA region. This role involves managing a sales team specializing in the Upstream Energy market.

You will report to the Global Sales Director and be accountable for managing the technical Sales Engineers and turnover in your territory. Regular meetings with the Sales Engineers are required to support with training, development, technical support, and general sales support. Travel to the UK team and Europe is necessary, with the UK office based in Nottingham.

The Sales Engineers are the technical interface between customers and the company's engineering, manufacturing, and project management departments. A good technical/engineering background is required. The ideal candidate has knowledge in the Upstream Energy sector or experience in the energy/power generation sectors.

  • Competitive salary (£75k - £85k dependent on experience)
