We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join our Front Office team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel guest experience, working closely with other Hotel Duty Managers to achieve seamless communication between the Hotel and the Resort.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front-line customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • 2-4 years of management experience, or progressive growth in a customer service-oriented role
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
