About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Flexible Store Assistant at NEXT. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working effectively with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process stock quickly and accurately, ensuring that products are available for customers to purchase
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
Requirements:
  • A great communicator with excellent customer service skills and a friendly, calm demeanor
  • Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
