Sales Progressor

**Key Responsibilities**
The Sales Progressor will be responsible for following up on quotes with prospective clients to nurture sales opportunities and identify potential for closing deals. This role will involve negotiating terms to ensure optimal outcomes for both the customer and the company. Regularly updating project details and progress within the CRM system will also be a key part of this role. The Sales Progressor will provide technical and sales support to customers over the phone while also providing weekly reports on order activities and sales forecasts.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, the Sales Progressor will need to have proven experience in sales development, preferably with a focus on business-to-business outreach and working to deadlines. Strong negotiation, cross-selling, and closing skills in sales are essential, as is a high attention to detail with the ability to identify and prioritize valuable sales leads. Confident and effective communication skills are also required, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. Familiarity with CRM systems and database management is a must, as is excellent administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. A solid understanding of web and social media platforms, with the ability to conduct research effectively, is also required.
