Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family.

  • Provide guidance and education to children and families on topics such as child development, attachment theory, and communication skills.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals.
  • Strong understanding of child development, including attachment theory and child-centered practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of children and families.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance and a Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
