Job Overview

Alexander Steele Recruitment is partnering with a leading food manufacturing business in Kent to find a skilled Hygiene Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee daily hygiene functions, develop a strong team work ethic, and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage a hygiene team across the entire site in a cost-effective manner
* Oversee daily hygiene functions and develop a strong team work ethic
* Ensure training cards and risk assessments are prepared for various hygienic maintenance tasks in consultation with relevant stakeholders
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the factory meets the standards set out in the SHE policy
* Ensure all relevant COSHH data is received and incorporated into schedules as appropriate

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in hygiene management roles
* Excellent health and safety awareness
* HACCP/Food Safety/IOSH certifications
