We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator and/or Teaching Assistant to join our team at Strode College. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of education and early years professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach on the full range of year-old T Level Foundation Year (Level 2) and T Level programmes
  • Provide high-quality education that inspires and motivates students
  • Engage with all aspects of the teaching programmes to ensure student participation and progression
  • Support the development of future early years practitioner skills and help prepare young people for the world of work
Requirements:
  • Qualified Early Years Educator and/or Teaching Assistant with a teaching qualification (or experience of teaching/mentoring) and an assessor qualification
  • Passion for the sector and a desire to educate young people
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
