Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator and/or Teaching Assistant to join our growing team at Strode College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching on the full range of 16-18-year-old T Level Foundation Year (Level 2) and T Level programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach high-quality education that inspires and motivates students, using current experience within the sector.
  • Engage with all aspects of the teaching programmes, ensuring students participate in innovative lessons that support progression and achievement.
  • Provide high-quality education that meets the needs of students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement teaching programmes that meet the needs of students.
  • Contribute to the development of the college's teaching and learning strategy.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the sector and wants to be part of educating young people. Ideally, we are looking for someone who also has a teaching qualification (or experience of teaching/mentoring) and an assessor qualification. However, we would also love to hear from people with a passion for the sector and who want to be part of educating young people.
