About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Huddersfield centre to new heights. This dynamic leader will oversee daily operations, manage a small team, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the business, including profit and loss responsibility.
  • Managing the existing team to perform and deliver in-line with business expectations.
  • Managing workflow and production to ensure quality solutions are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including local partnerships and contracts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and quality products.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of health and safety practices.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a small team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Preparing and managing the centre's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-control measures where necessary.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.

Requirements:

  • A minimum four years' experience in a management role, preferably within the signage or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
