Tradify Limited seeks a highly skilled Trade Success Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes and succeed in using Tradify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new customers via phone to ensure they are up and running with the app, provide assistance with setup if needed, answer questions, and make them successful
  • Deliver online webinars and demos to educate customers on the technology and introduce new features
  • Answer emails and texts from customers, address their queries, and direct them to available resources
  • Maintain regular contact with customers who have been using Tradify for a while to gauge their progress
  • Resolve complex customer issues by finding effective solutions

About You:

  • You have flexibility to work late shifts two nights a week to cater to UK customers
  • You have experience in Customer Success, Support, or Sales, or possess talent and desire to help customers achieve success
  • You are empathetic, high-energy, and can connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • You excel at making technology understandable and relatable, particularly for those unfamiliar with it
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes while juggling multiple tasks
  • You prioritize contacting customers needing onboarding assistance or facing potential issues
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact with customers daily via phone, email, and SMS
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone is friendly, innovative, and driven
  • You believe tradespeople perform vital work and supporting them is fulfilling
  • You value work that improves others' lives and find joy in your work
