Youth Wellbeing Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Youth Wellbeing Advocate to join our team at One Call 24 LTD in Guildford. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall wellbeing and happiness of our young clients.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the unique needs of each child. This will involve identifying and addressing any areas of concern, promoting positive relationships, and empowering children to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-6 months' experience working with children in the UK, with traceable references
  • NVQ certification (mandatory Level 2) and Basic Life Support (Level 3 for children)
  • Understanding and knowledge of therapeutic approaches to childcare

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
